Meet Sam
Hey, I’m Sam - Founder of Wye Administration & Bookkeeping.
I launched the business in 2024 after spending years helping others reach their goals in various professional roles. With over 16 years of experience across legal, education, and local government, I'd always been the person keeping things running behind the scenes, and it made sense to take that out into the world properly and create something from the heart.
I launched the business in 2024 after spending years helping others reach their goals in various professional roles. With over 16 years of experience across legal, education, and local government, I'd always been the person keeping things running behind the scenes, and it made sense to take that out into the world properly and create something from the heart.
What started as a one woman operation has grown into a team of experienced virtual assistants and bookkeepers who work with founders and scaling business owners across the UK. I'm so proud of what we're building.
I love what I do - and I really do mean that. Helping business owners get on top of their finances and admin, and watching the difference it makes, never gets old.
When I'm not running the agency, you'll find me watching my boys from the sidelines of a rugby or football pitch, walking the spaniels through the Mid Wales countryside, desperately trying to grab five minutes of peace in the garden, reliving my emo/pop-punk days through a playlist I'm not entirely ashamed of, or feeding a new obsession with all things business - one podcast at a time.
Meet Hannah
Meet Hannah, our creative genius and digital specialist - if it lives online, she can build it, brand it, and make it look brilliant!
With over 20 years of experience in PA, admin and business support, and having successfully run her own product-based business, Hannah brings a calm, organised and highly capable approach to everything she does.
She specialises in social media, digital marketing, Shopify, website building and creative digital support - helping businesses shine online and making sure their digital presence is polished, professional and perfectly on-brand. Hannah supports clients with content planning, social media scheduling, platform management, digital marketing strategy, Shopify updates and website builds for product-based businesses.
She loves bringing ideas to life and finding smart, efficient solutions - from creating a cohesive brand presence to streamlining website functionality, nothing leaves her hands without being exactly right.
When she's not crafting the perfect Instagram grid or building a Shopify store, you'll find Hannah enjoying time with her husband and two young children or quietly running her own product business on the side - oh, and if you ever need a holiday planning, she has a bit of an undisclosed talent for that too.
Meet Geri
Meet Geri, our all-round admin superwoman - the person who keeps everything running like clockwork.
She thrives on bringing order to busy schedules and creating systems that make life genuinely easier for small business owners. From inbox and calendar management to document creation, cloud organisation and general admin - she tackles the details that eat up your time, so you can focus on growing your business.
Her attention to detail, proactive approach and knack for problem-solving mean nothing slips through the cracks. With Geri on your side, business life becomes simpler, smoother and far less stressful.
Geri specialises in e-commerce founder support - from product listings, inventory updates and shipping invoices, to order processing, website updates and procurement.
When she's not bringing calm to clients, you'll find Geri spending time with her son, taking a (very brave) dip in open water, or exploring the great outdoors on a hike.
Meet Sarah A
Meet Sarah A, our ACCA-qualified bookkeeper with more years of experience than she'd probably like us to mention!
Having worked in both industry and practice, Sarah brings a well-rounded understanding of what businesses actually need - and her weapon of choice is Xero.
Sarah has a particular talent for bringing order to chaos - there's nothing she loves more than untangling a messy set of accounts and getting everything perfectly reconciled. So if your books are looking a little unloved, she's exactly who you need in your corner!
When she's not making the numbers add up, you'll find Sarah spending time with her family and the dog, lacing up her running shoes ready to see the sun come up, or rewarding herself with a well-earned coffee and a choccie biscuit!

As the newest bookkeeper to join the team, our Yorkshire lass Sarah C has a wealth of experience and we’re delighted to bring her on board!
With 25 years of experience both in industry and tax compliance, Sarah has worked with a wide range of businesses and fills the niche of ‘no job too small’. She’s here to take away the stress of managing your daily accounts, saving you both time and money - what’s not to love!
When not fitting together the pieces of the finance puzzle she can be found spending time with her husband and dogs either gardening (with sometimes more enthusiasm than skill) or enjoying the countryside, camping and caravanning or even at the occasional music festival!

Meet Joanne, our specialist legal finance consultant. If you run a law firm, she might just be your new favourite person!
Joanne began her career as a legal cashier and worked her way up to Finance Director, giving her a hands-on understanding of legal finance at every level.
Her credentials and 20 years of experience speak for themselves: former COFA, certified Xero Advisor, LEAP Bookkeeper Consultant, and a proud member of both the ILFM and ALCA. She holds the ILFM Diploma and Associate qualifications, so you know you're in safe hands.
Her expertise covers legal cashiering, financial management, reporting and SRA compliance - and she takes a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every firm she works with.
Meet Jo
Meet Jo, our highly organised, proactive virtual assistant with a real eye for detail!
Whether you need help staying on track with a task, your mailbox managed and organised, or support with a project, Jo is always happy to help.
She strives to anticipate clients’ needs and makes sure tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Jo’s background is wonderfully varied.
Before becoming a VA, she worked as an administrator for an accountancy firm, and before that she spent three years in lettings and property management, after a brief spell in property sales. And before all of that? She spent 15 years working as a scientist!
This diverse career path has given Jo a deep understanding of compliance procedures, SOPs, and the ins and outs of both property and administrative support.
She specialises in email and diary management, client onboarding, CRM management, property management, customer support and finance admin.
Meet Rachel
Meet Rachel, our Operations Manager and the woman who makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes!
Rachel joins the team with a law degree and a young career that speaks for itself. She started out on reception at a local law firm and worked her way up to Practice Manager, so she knows what it takes to keep a busy office ticking, and she’s seen it from every angle.
As our Ops Manager, Rachel is Sam's right hand, looking after our systems and client onboarding and keeping the whole agency running smoothly. She’s often the friendly voice you’ll hear from when you first get in touch. She also keeps diaries in order, takes care of invoicing, and has her eye on our email marketing and blogs. If it needs organising, Rachel’s on it!
She’s quite possibly the most organised person we’ve ever met, and she takes real pride in everything she does. If you want a spreadsheet that looks as good as it works, Rachel is your gal.
When she’s not keeping the wheels turning, you’ll find Rachel at a festival, catching up with friends, or planning the next adventure (probably with a very colour-coded itinerary).

Helen is the driving force behind Harris Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Limited, and our partnered accountant here at Wye Administration & Bookkeeping.
Our partnership means clients benefit from a complete, seamless service. We manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll and VAT, while Helen provides the specialist accountancy services beyond our remit - including corporation tax, year-end accounts and statutory filing. Together, we offer end-to-end financial support under one trusted arrangement, with no need for clients to source a separate accountant.
With 25 years of experience, Helen is a licensed accountant with AAT, a qualified taxation technician with ATT, and holds a diploma in payroll management. Helen's true passion is helping business owners. She knows that plenty of owners don't have full clarity on how their business is actually performing, and that's exactly where she comes in - providing answers, insight and support, always with a personal touch. Helen has been a huge support to Sam since Wye Administration & Bookkeeping began, and manages to make her laugh on a daily basis. When she's not balancing the books, you'll find her out running, riding her motorbike, or spending time with her family.
